Life change happens best in small groups. Why do we think it is any different for preachers?

 

Join a group of other pastors and be led to better preaching with Dr. Ward (limited number of groups available) or a qualified preaching coach. Hone your speaking, establish a stronger Biblical foundation, and connect with a community of passionate Christians in monthly meeting sessions. After one year, you'll be a stronger Christian and better preacher.

 

It is a difficult thing for preachers to find other preachers who know how to help them grow best. Often when we have ministers in our lives who also preach, they either do not preach at the same capacity or level as we do, or they do not know how to give feedback in a way that helps us grow fast. Our preaching growth groups gather three to four like-minded ministers underneath the guidance of a trained preaching coach whose expertise shapes the environment of the discussion. Each month, the group discusses one of the preacher’s sermons and gives them direct feedback. It is done in such a way that every preacher learns about their own preaching while helping other preachers grow as well. This format for preaching growth and preaching practice lowers loneliness, increases frequency of feedback, and trains preachers to train other preachers along the way.
